Chicken Shawarma Seasoning

Sharwama is a Lebavatine meat preparation where meats are placed on a spit, and may be grilled as long as a day to bring out the grilled flavour. Shavings are then cut off the block of meat and served with tabbouleh, fattoush, taboon bread, tomato, and cucumber. Toppings include tahini, hummus, pickled turnips, and amba. This popular Arab food is now wide spread around the world. NP Foods, have succeeded in developing this taste into a seasoning which can be applied on snack bases.
