PeriPeri also known as "African Bird's Eye Chili", is a cultivar of capsicum chinense, one of the sources of chilli pepper that grows both wild and domesticated. It be found mostly in Africa. And was made popular, when the Portuguese brought it to India. Nowadays, you see PeriPeri used in a lot of different dishes. Due to globalization, PeriPeri flavour have became of the most widely used flavour in ready-cooked food, you can find it being used as a sauce/seasonings for pasta, grilled food , fries, rice and corns. After months of researching and developing, NP Foods have manage to successfully capture the distinctive flavour of this flavour and make it into a seasoning that will go perfectly well with your potato, corn, wheat or rice-based pellets.
